The New Zealand flag should not change!

Against the New Zealand Flag
There is a debate that the New Zealand flag is going to change in November. There is 4 flags that are being voted right now to go on to be voted again against our current flag. I like the way how it is right now but I consider to add the silver fern to it, thats it. The New Zealand flag is perfect on how it is so why do we need to change it?

There is no point of changing the flag, I mean, it’s waste of money, time and it just doesn’t need to be changed. Lots of People think that the New Zealand flag is the same as the Australian flag. But Australia should change theirs. Why Australia? Because, Australia designed their in the 1900’s and New Zealand designed it in the 1800’s.

It doesn’t matter that it doesn’t have any Maori symbols to it because the Maori designed it so it does represent Maori on the flag ( Kind of ).

Also there is no reason to waste their time and to waste NZ’s money to go vote, design and make a new flag for our country. They should spend money on poor people and charities, Hospitals, Natural Disasters, for jobs and for houses, not for a changed flag. Also, it will just waste time to do all the things that people need to change. Say like to pay people to change the flag for schools and websites. It cost $30 000 000 to change it, that is way too much! If they are going to change it. There is going to be no union Jack on the flag because no one cares about it. Our country is part of the CommonWealth ( they are under Queen Elizabeth ) so if there is no Union Jack on our flag, people won’t know that the britons came to our country. Also the Union jack shows our history when they came to N.Z.. Last of all, People went to war for our flag so why should we change it. Our Country fought so hard to get this flag and there is nothing wrong with it anyways.  Also the southern cross was discovered by the Britons by looking at the sky in the south and it looked like a cross.

Without a doubt, if they change the flag, they probably mad a bad decision, they should not change the flag. Think before you speak!

     AFL Game
Today we were playing a alternative AFL game because we were in the hall and the hall is small. The way we played it was that there was a space that looked like a triangle and you had to handball it to the person that is in the space. The only way to move is by hand-balling it to your team-mates. The game was Sydney Swans and the Hawthorn Hawks and the Sydney Swans 4-2

The reason we have to bounce the ball because in AFL you can only take ten steps then you will have to bounce it, pass it or kick it
